actually, those are what make it fun..if it's downright f*()&**)ked up, then I will delete, but I don't want this to be one of those forums where people can't say what they want for fear of being deleted.

If all members follow the rules as listed on the "register" page, I think there won't be any messages needing deletion. It is all about politeness and respect. We all need it to make the world better and of course fun!

Hi, joined the members area but I'm still not authorized to go into that site. It's about 11:30pm and my arms are achey. Took some Tylenol#3 and motrin which helps. I think I might be doing too much volume and I need to decrease the reps. Don't you get achey? How do you handle it? This is the one thing that's holding me back. Whenever I do a gut busting workout I ache for the next two days.

I'll check out your status for ya. If you're not used to a high volume/gut busting type of workout, build yourself up to it or you'll get injured..that SUCKS...If you ache for the next two days, you're not in the condition to hit it that hard..work up to it..you will have better gains than if you spend time healing from an injury. Eat lots of protein and don't stretch a sore muscle for at least 2 days..then stretch it. Take generic aspirin or Excedrin and elevate the muscle if it's legs, rest and eat lots of protein!!
