Rusty's physique should be what bodybuilders should be - symmetry, balance and proportion. Size should not be the only consideration. |

thanks for posting all this info, many people including myself will be glad to get it. I appreciate all your hard work, I just don't have enough time during the pre-contest training to do much!!! You're the BEST!

Thanks. ;D I just do what I think your fans need it.
You should have been better recognized in bodybuilding competitions. I could not find any other professional bodybuilders having the same symmetrical, balanced and proportional physique togehter with the posing techniques that you have!
You ARE the BEST!!! ;D
