Rusty, What's goin on? Are you training beyond the realms of pain for 2007, while always observing the proper technique! I've been lazy as hell with training, but things are going well with the carpet cleaning business I've set up. Music stuff is goin well also... Speaking of music tell your brother to answer his d**n phone! C-Ya! Jered

Scared of training with you HA! Crom laughs at your training methods! Just Kidding. I am out of condition right now, and if I hit the steel with ya right now I would be in a bodycast for a month!!! D'oh! If any of you out there have ever trained with Rusty you know what I'm talkin about. Even when you are in shape a workout with Rusty is brutal. It really opens your eyes to what the human machine can do. Yeah, I need to make a run up to Phoenix. You eating clean yet? Oh, and Francy how you doin?!!

I wandered over from the Yahoo group...this is a hell of alot easier to use.
I laughed when you described yourself as fat and hairy. Most updates I read from pro's go like this:
"4 per cent bodyfat/32 inch waist/contest ready year round"
It's good to read something honest.
I'm back on the weights after a layoff. Job got outsourced, which is a polite term for "thanks for your 14 hour days, focus and determination but we're sending your job to India sucka". Got another job, not much cash but all the free chicken I can slug down. Something awesome jobwise is about to bust loose...I can feel it in my gut; that, and my efforts at keeping myself out there, resumes posted and contacts made.
Let my gym membership go to save cash; training at home in basement with Oly set and adjustable bench. Real basic routine (Squat/Deadlift/Bench) 3 day split with some auxillary lifts after the majors.
Good luck with the contest prep

This is one of our fave holidays..we stole little kids bags of candy and ran all over the neighborhood....kidding,...we made a haunted like walk through in the grape arbor full of spiderwebs and dead leaves, kids had to come through to get candy, but most were too scared to go through..the smoke machine Rusty uses for guest posings, scary screams CD, strobe lights, etc. Unreal how much kids can cry...Then there's this big guy at the end of it, probably 20' who actually ATE most of the candy..

Hey Tony,
the best gains I've made are from just using pretty much basics with an Olympic set. Just warm up really well, then bust ass...just don't get hurt, no one wants to hire someone who walks like he's in major pain!!! LOL Just get huge and then no one wants to hire you because you're just TOO BIG!!! (He must eat all day and won't work)
