Okay muscleheads, I'm at 252 lbs, fat and hairy!!! We took photos today before I start dieting, which won't start until after Thanksgiving anyway, but socalphotographer was over and we thought you would like to see some recent pics!!!

All pics will be up probably by tomorrow!!!!

The Members Area will have quite a few black and white photos also by tomorrow, as soon as the webmaster gets a chance to load them, yes they're high res!!!

hey rusty good luck...what do you hope to diet down to?? hopefully woant loose too much size?? you are really lloking thick!! where u starting from 252??

I'm not sure where I'll end up, I want to come in at my absolute leanest I can. I usually don't lose too much size when I start out this early and take it easy all the way. I've learned not top starve. I think maybe 230, I don't know,,it's always different.
