Another bunch of summer shows, namely the Arizona State Bodybuilding show, Los Angeles Championships, and the Masters Nationals is now officially "in the can" I can say I'm extremely proud of all my clients and friends who competed, as this was a very competitive group! AS ALWAYS, they either won their classes and a couple of them placed very well and they SHOULD HAVE...I beat the crap out of them...and of course... ALL of them posed like PROS!!!!!
PHOTOS OF EVERYONE ARE COMING, THEY WILL BE POSTED ASAP!!!!!!
AT THE AZ CHAMPIONSHIPS
For the women:
Naomi
My girls did GREAT!! The womens bodybuilding had Naomi winning the lightweight class, SHE WAS LEAN, LEAN, LEAN!! Developed quite a powerful and graceful posing style, she'll be a threat for an Overall win!!
Carol won the heavyweight bodybuilding, she has put on some good size since last years AZ, that's certain!!!
Kristine
The new "Bikini contest" had Kristine winning the "short" class. She'll be a very strong contender for the Nationals bikini class, well balanced and photogenic as HELL!!
Molita rocked the house!!! I still don't understand how the HELL Molita wasn't in the top 3. This is one hard training athletes. Her perseverence was unrelenting. This girl worked HARD. I understand the placings and the numbers got screwed up, as you can see by the photos, she should have BEEN THERE!!!
Stacy was in the tall bikini class and looked fantastic! Competition was extremely steep in the tall class and this was her first show ever. Great stage presentation and million dollar smile!!!
Jeanine won the Jr. Masters Figure class and 3rd in the Open Figure Class A. Her last show was 10 years ago and this was a strong comeback!!! Attention to detal really paid off. The only competitor to ride in my mini horse cart!!! And lived to tell the tale!!!
Lilly won the Class B figure and she didn't even train with weights the last 2 months...she's one of those people who have a great structure and can get away with that!
For the men:
Frank Baer won the Masters men and 3rd in the Open Heavyweights. HUGE calves,,great overall balance. This guy has what it takes to win an overall title. What can I say..he's very impressive onstage!!!
Vince got 2nd in the Open Light Heavyweights, 2nd in the Mens Jr. Masters, and 2nd in the Novice bodybuilding. He got lean as hell and I think he surprised himself at what hard work can accomplish. I know of a lot of pros who can't pose as well as he does. attention to detail pays off folks!!!!
Rich who has won overall titles in the state before, somehow ended up in 4th in the Light Heavyweights. Rich is obviously a national level competitor, he will do better in the future, big and balanced, and very symmetrical, all around great physique. Surprised he wasn't in the top 2 at the AZ.

Kyle dominated the Light Heavyweight class and won that class easily!!! He made a GREAT SHOWING!! It's ABOUT TIME DUDE!!!!! Powerful, thick, with untouchable wheels, next years U.S.A. is what he's gunning for. He'll probably be about 10 lbs heavier too at the rate he's going and a real threat for the top 5 there. He's the guy who is features in my Pose Like A Pro DVD. He's a LOT bigger now!!!! Those of you who purchased the DVD can attest to that.
HONORABLE MENTIONS
Craig, RJ, and Sergio got lost in the shuffle of this massive event which was the largest in AZ history, it happens to everyone at some time or another, but these guys still showed up and took it like men!!! They cried. JUST KIDDING GUYS!! All in all these guys looked great!!! There will be other shows.
THE MASTERS NATIONALS

Ramsey won the 4th in the light heavies at the Masters Nationals, what can I say....LEAN FRICKIN' LEAN MOTHER FRICKIN &^#@!!%$ LEAN!!!!! He gets better at each show!!!
Like I said, I'll post their pics next to their names as soon as I get their images, it was a lot of fun and challenging at times getting them ready for their events. Hopefully we'll see them again at the next show!!! I know every Saturday these guys busted their posing suits at my weekly "prejudging clinincs" and the change weekly was dynamic!!!! For those of you who don't know about the Saturday clinics, email me at rustyjeffers@cox.net and I'll fill you in. You too can POSE LIKE A PRO and be well on the way to reaching your own goals and that first place trophy!!!
