Okay folks...here we gooooo!!! I'm just starting my pre-contest training tomorrow for the Phoenix Pro in February in my hometown of Phoenix Arizona!!!! I'm training tonight with my bro Scott and my wife Francy, we're gonna kill our abs and arms, then have the "LAST SUPPER!!!" I'll share my diet and contest workouts as we go...

sorry I haven't put any progress photos this time around, we've just been too busy!!! Working a lot and training a lot, the diet kind of kills the enthusiasm of taking the time to do pics...just glad to do a show that I don't have to travel across the country or out of the country, although I AM going to do the Australian Pro following the Phoenix Pro. Francy promises to post pics of the show right away for both.

We want some pictures Rusty.  I want to show 'em off at the MuscleMecca.com forums, lol.  I've seen some pictures of the other competitors, it's a great line-up. Too bad the Iron Man was canceled, but man this one's going to be good... Anyway, keep busy keep doing what you're doing and really nail it! Don't worry about the pictures if you don't have time, just do what you do best Rusty. |
