Hey Rusty, I was just wondering if you still have a copy of Pose Like a Pro? I'm interested in purchasing one. I live in Canada so the shipping and handling might be different and stuff. This DVD might come in useful if ever I choose to compete in a few years. Which I hope to God I do because that's the only thing I ever think about. Thanks in advance Rusty!  Johnny |

You have a good lat sweep and pretty decent thickness with a smallwaist now, you keep this type of moentum and you'll be just fine...eat a lb of steak a day and you'll shave off years of training that I wasted not eating enough protein...all frickin' day long...it sucks, but it works. You'ved started a good physique, keep it going and post in another 6 months, I'll be looking forward to more mass!!

Haha. I might not have CRAZY genetics but at least I'll pose properly, LOL! I just purchased the DVD thanks man, I'm really looking forward to it. I caught the flu yesterday so I totally missed out on what was happening at the Australia Pro. All I heard is that Kai Greene won again (good for him!). I'm going to check out some pictures at RX Muscle!  |
