I hope you guys can tell that Rusty was the biggest influence behind my routine. After buying his DVD and studying it, I was able to piece together a routine with a good blend of classical poses with the mandatory's in there as well . I LOVE Pink Floyd, and I knew I had to figure out a way to pose to one of their songs. I thought it would be coolest to pose to a guitar solo, and since NPC rules allows 90 seconds max, I chose to pose to one of the solos from the song "Pink Floyd - Dogs"...I ended up winning 2nd place in the open lightweight division, I had tons of fun, met Branch Warren and he signed my trophy (he guest posed!) and I also met Lyoto Machita backstage....very nice gentleman...By the way this is the first time I ever posed to my routine at a bodybuilding show. Its my second show, but my first show I was not top 5 so i did not get to showcase my routine...First place will be mine next time!! But for now, time to bulk . Comment, rate, link it, message me or anything, but let me know what you guys think!

Your routine looks good. I noticed that you did learn from Rusty. Keep going and let classic posing live!! I really don't like the dancing routine some pro bodybuilders do on stage....

I think Danny has done his homework!!!!!! Very good to see great posing will live on! Lots of folks doing the dancing thing Alvin, can't stop them from doing it cause they're having fun, they forget no one paid to see them dance. I know personally when I see a pro dancing or doing that pop and lock CRAP I get pissed, I want to see what they look like, not see them in nightclubs. Just shows who takes it seriously and who CAN'T SHOW their physiqes because they're lazy. Hey guys, try taking your sport seriously! If you can't do anything more than a string of mandatories, get some help, think about what you're trying to get across. If you want to win, you have to do what it takes.

Danny,
Your posing video is about all the things posing can be: muscular AND graceful, elegant AND strong, beautiful AND masculine.
It's good you took the classic routine. Watching the competitors wiggle around in dance style routines is distracting; I not sure if I should be noticing the choreography or the muscularity. I got no beef with women or men who works as exotic dancers or strippers but those type of moves always, always distract from the physique.
Nor did you do that tired-ass robot routine. Congrats to you for taking the high road!

Posing is the only way to display the physique...too bad 99% of all competitive bodybuilders forget this till the week before and wonder why they got "robbed" DUH
