Here are a few questions I have for Rusty, others feel free to add.
1) How do bodybuilders manage to have their skin look so smooth during competition and grow their bodyhair back after? If it's shaving you'd see some bumps or ingrown hairs, if it's depilitory you'd see stuble in no time and if it's waxing it would grow back less and less each time?
2) Are you going to auction off anymore of your posing trunks from competitions on eBay? Unwashed of course.

1) I think I'm a little more conscious of my skin, actually my wife is..she uses those loofa gloves on me about once a week, and then I get a rub down with some lotion. Lucky guy, huh? We tried the wax thing,...the most painful thing I've ever endured..remember I've been shaving for years and I don't have peach fuzz or soft hair on my back..it is a BEARD, its coarse and thick. waxing was something like pulling off someones beard...on their back!! I'll never ,ever ever ever do that again. If you take care of your skin on a regular basis, you won't get bumps..ingrown hairs aren't something you can control, but I don't get many of those. Depilitorys just burn my skin, but don't do anything to my hair anyway.
2) I wil auction off the trunks,,,it's kinda tradition anymore for my fans!!! I've never sold them unwashed though. They're covered with oil and protan. Pretty gruesome stuff.

Hi Rusty, I just found your site, well done. I'm curious about the music you chose for rustyjeffers.net. What is it? Who? etc. Keep up the good work

It is music by his brother Scott Jeffers. His band is called Traveller, and it is all his own original music. Scott is a master vocalist, violinist, guitarist, and well you name it... he probably plays it. An amazing composer, and a great entertainer as well.

Hey Rusty,
Where did you draw your inspiration for your posing routines?
You have a flair in your presentation that not only showcases your fantastic build, but also is d**n cool to watch.
No other pro BB can do it as well as you.
I am looking forward to your success at the Iron Man.
Mike

Thanks..I couldn't believe they gave the best poser aka Vince Gironda award to a guy who just ambled around on stage. He would roll in his grave over that one..I had that one in the bag...or so I thought. They never told anyone about the award till just after I posed..Lonnie, the MC said there was one right after I posed, he likes my style as well. Winning that would have at least been a consolation...

Here is a link to the show review by Myron Mielke: 2007 Iron Man Recap - X-Man wins Iron Man! Below is the extract from the article about Rusty: ".....Even though Silvio looked a tad sharper in the finals than he did during the judging, based on presentation, my vote would have been for Rusty Jeffers..................... Rusty had a classical routine with powerful sweeps, twists and great hand positions. His routine was very powerful and graceful. ........."
