Its called the NPC southern cup. Its a new show that started last year. Don Long is guest posing. I will be a heavy weight, should be around 205-208. this is the my first NPC show, I did a natural show 2 years ago and placed 2nd.

Finally, people posting!!! Glad to see people getting ready for shows, as for posting pics, you can post the link, but this is a cheapee board and won't let us post pics, but if you can put them in a link that would work. I know, I know...
I didn't know Branch was promoting shows, that's cool.

Before you can post pics, you have to upload the pics to a free hosting site, such as photobucket.com. Then you can use the links there for posting the pics in your messages like this:  The code for the above pic is: [IMG]http://i89.photobucket.com/albums/k224/alvinyu/Rusty%20Jeffers/npcla28.jpg[/IMG]Besides, you can post gif file too. See this:  I hope you will know how to post pics later. ;D Alvin The Branch Warren show coming to Houston this July 7th.
