If I read in MD one more time that Tony Freeman has a 30" waist, I think I am going to lose my mind. First, I don't know why I keep buying that magazine, but that is besides the point. Second, Tony Freeman has an awesome physique, and he doesn't suffer from the distended gut that you see on many pros his size. However, THIRTY INCH WAIST? I don't think so, especially not at 280lbs. Okay, I feel better.

LOL yorge, I like Toney Freemans phsique a lot but I agree with you on both points. I am really tired of tony all over MD. I love MD personally but could they shove "The X-Man" down our throat anymore?? Geeze. I had the opportunity to meet and see Tony up close last year at the Europa show that he won, and he a huge man but I also question the whole 30 inch waist. Melvin Anthony has a small waist, so does mark dugdale. I have seen both of them up close and do have a 30 inch waist but not Tony.

Tony is really a cool guy, he is in agreement that I should be placing higher, which is a cool thing to say right after a show...we were talking in the lobby right after and he might becoming to AZ for a posing session and he'll help me get HUGE!!! Can't argue with that..

That has always bugged me. All the measurements that are thrown around and the weights some of these guys supposedly throw around the gym. Most of the numbers are not stated by the bodybuilders themselves but ghost writers. Like in an article with Branch and Johnnie, Johnnie claimed Branch could barbell shoulder press 405 for 20 reps. Shoot, Branch will tell ya he could get maybe 3. Just amkes some of us feel like their is no chance of getting to same point.

all the weights I've heard and measurements especially are always skewed...supposed to make people say wow and those who are in the know call bullnuts...let's see if you can figure this one out..there was a recent cover on a major mag with two short men on the cover...one was morphed but done well and in proportion...can you guess who it was?

Hmm, I think MD did one with Lee P. and Dave H. on the cover. Can not think of one with two on cover besides the other one MD did, but it was Marcus and Dennis Wolf and they are taller.
