Tracy and I want to thank you both for you time and effort you have put into us. I know were both in the best shape of our lives right now and it wouldnt be possable with out your help and knowledge. We cant thank you enough!!!!!!! Your so awesome to work with and we both look forward to see what the future may bring!

Hey guys!!! Cool post, you're welcome very much, we had a good time beating the hell out of you , I mean training/posing you and making you sick, I mean in sick (good) condition!!! hahahaha

Well, you both did extremely well, Kyle, you moved up a class, we'll dial you in for the USA this weekend, Tracy, you should have won the overall, but you know that!! We have a DVD Francy made with pics of you guys, and Rebecca won her class also. A good day for all!! Remember, no matter what someone placed you, you all have come up a long way from the last show and Francy and are both very proud of how hard you've worked and improved. We'll not let up on Jon for backing out though...ha ha ha ha
