I finally got an article in a muscle mag!!! Check out the new FLEX, I've got 9 pages! Not bad, Im pretty stoked. Good article, talks about classic vs. HUGE! Guess I'm not huge, but hey, at least I finally got in there...

I finally got the magazine and read the article. It is a good article! In the article, I like the words about Rusty's physique in the Masters Pro World 2006: "His [Rusty's physique] neither the biggest nor the most ripped physique onstage, but was the best proportioned with the most pleasing shape..."They say the reasons why we think Rusty is the best!! ;D ;D "Long live the classics", the writer Greg says at the end of the article. Sorry I don't get here often, but I'm super proud of Rusty. Excellent article, well deserved and long overdue.
Hope it's just the beginning. Rusty has a lot to offer the sport.

I disagree, i care,yes their huge - but then i'm 'old school' ....does'nt anyone remember the days when points were deducted if a competitor stepped on stage with tattoos ? IMO tattoos have no place on a bodybuilder - why ruin all that hard work & time - not to mention money! you've spent on your body (both in & out of the gym) to look the best you possibly can by 'defacing' it ! |

I remember the days, and I do prefer the non tattoo look when it comes to bodybuilding. Old school has nothing to do with it. I'm pretty d**n old school myself. Remember Ed Corney? His superior posing, and lines? What about his tattoo on his left bicep? |
