We need some kind of thread in here. Even though it's the obvious, really glad to know Rusty is getting back on stage!
Go for it, Rusty! All the best!

"A large man is often seen travelling through crowded cooridoors... A small man is seldom seen even amongst the emptiest of hallways!" Hmm... I wonder who I heard that from! Rip and Destroy Brother! Remember Carlos and Mentzer are watching from "VALHALLA", make them proud! The best never rest, and dreams never die!!!

Marlon used to say, "I don't know who I am, I don't know where I am, BUT I KNOW I'M HUGE!" You gonna do anything different for this show, as far as contest prep?

oh HELL yes!! I'm going to be better than I've ever been, that's my mantra..actuall it's "stay the course' I've learned the hard way that looking for a new way to do stuff, is just a way that someone else hasn't done it. Francy tore into me because I keep looking for a "new way to do nuts" She said if I just listened to what I tell my clients, I'd be a pro. I took her advice and turned pro. Then looked around for more info...and failed. I'm staying the course, and I will be my best. I'll never be 290 ripped, but I'll look a HELL of a lot better because I have no desire to look like a bloated mess. I've done it ALL twice as much as most anyone I've met..because I've done it twice as long as anyone else!!!! Did you see the dog crap system in the mags? same nuts, different name, comes around about every 3-4 years and everyone thinks it's some new cool way to train...I do believe you know better.... Francy just said if it wasn't clear before it is now....I'm dieting...

okay it's all over and I feel sick...sick of so much ice cream!!!! Francy won't let me go to the store unassisted anymore..maybe it was the bags and bags of CRAP I bought. I don't ever eat this stuff, but FOR SOME REASON I CAN'T STOP EATING!!!!! I'M GONNA BE HUGE!!! I'll be posting my routine as soon as I have the videocam charged up. Francy pirated some footage...
The Ironman was really competitive, but the Sacramento pro was just a lot of huge dudes sitting around waiting for their call. Kinda weird. Cool they finally had womens bodybuilding there even though there was like what ...10? A few were really in awesome shape, she were SheeeeUUGE!!!!!
ha ha ha haha gonna start filming training tapes now that I'm not so brain dead!!

Not really a reply to these posts but a question for ya Rusty. Ok, I am just at the 16 week mark and started the diet yesterday. I am already having those issues with worrying about the weight loss. I have spent SO long trying to get BIG, that now I am scared of losing. You ever get over that? I know, I will look much better when it gets show time. Ok, guys that are seasoned competitors tell me that it takes no time at all to put the weight back on after the show. Have you found that to be true? Thanks for the input.

Don't get caught up in the scale game Bro! I have seen many bodybuilders get on stage, and not even place because they worried about the numbers dropping on the scale. Remember you can't flex fat. Everyone goes through it. Until you get a grip on it don't get on the scale. Use the mirror, and have those in the know give you an honest critique. NOT your friends or girlfriend sayin crap like "Your Huge!" If you train and diet like a demon you will do well no matter your placing in the show, and you will get even bigger after the show. Ask anyone, and they will tell you some of the best gains come after a competition. After a show if you have dieted your ass off your body is starved for calories, and various nutrients. As soon as you start pounding the calories again you will grow like a weed! Your strength will go through the roof, and you will look fuller then ever. I know Rusty will agree with this. And as Rusty will tell you "Train beyond the Realms of pain... And Death is you only release!"
