Hey all, I know I've been seriously lacking for participation on the ol' site, we are doing some video stuff this weekend, how 'bout I post those?? Anyone doing any shows or getting HEEUUUGE out there?? Just hot as hell here, nothing exciting to report...I am making a training DVD, actually mapping it out so to say, to see what I want to put on it, I'll share the funny stuff we take this weekend.

We were filming today, I swear I'll put some stuff up, it's pretty fun..hard to get people to say the right stuff on camera, I need to get a hide a cam for my belt or something...

Can't wait to see the training dvd & sure am looking forward to seeing the 'funny stuff',just gonna order the Flex mag now.(subscribed to Musclemag earlier today...so looking forward to reading that article aswell)

I've got a video,but its NOT suitable for here,nor for that matter anywhere other than the locked closet in my bedroom,LOL....besides my wife would have me killed,he he he.
