Kyle, Tracy and Rebecca at the L.A. Championships

CONGRATULATIONS to all my buds I helped get ready for the L.A. Championships!!! Kyle, who is in my DVD at 16 weeks, then 8 weeks prior to the USA placed 5th out of 18 guys, and he'll do even better this weekend at the USA, count on it! Tracy, his wife, easily won the lightweights and looked phenomenal!!! Ripped to the bone, shredded wheat!!!! Rebecca also easily won the lightheavyweights and carried a good amount of muscle onstage with her. All of them are heading to the posing dais this weekend at the USA, MAY THE GODS OF MASS AND POWER BE WITH THEM ON THEIR QUEST!

I will post pics when I can from last week, and hopefully SoCal photographer will have stuff to view this weekend as we will not be there .

They all looked very good. Kyle was in a tough class in a tough USA. With his development and Rusty's tutelage, Kyle has nowhere to go but up.
