Suscription members are now getting the countdown to the Pro Ironman Invitational 2008 photos. The 10 weeks out pix are now posted in the exclusive photo gallery. Pics will be posted approximately every 2 weeks and are only available on the advanced (subscription) members only board.

The Subscription area is only $10 per month and money goes towards my competition fund to defray costs of competing. Thank you to the advanced members, I owe it to those fans supporting me in my competition. These pics are not to be posted elsewhere. I will be posting some training pics of me and Lee Priest to the general members board as well so you can see me get ready.

Thanks Gerry, what did you think..today I went lower carb and I can see a lot more in just 1 day, then again, I'm not used to restricting carbs that much...big difference today, next week there should be a decent difference..I'll get a few tanning visits, that should help!

Just subscribed - a birthday present from my wife (she said i'm a cheeky little 'bar-steward' for continuously privately emailing Rusty and getting all that FREE info!),well one of them anyway,lol.Now i can't wait to receive the confirmation so's i can gain access to the members board
