Great site. Seems friendly, down to earth and realistic.
Are you going to do a training type DVD, demonstrating how and what you do to build that impressive physique? It would be very motivational.

I am going to film a FEW training DVD's in January just before my next show, they'll be VERY detailed, just like the posing DVD.
