We're having really good workouts, I haven't been this sore...like, ever..my legs are just starting to get feeling three days later. I've been doing more heavier type of training with Lee, still as intense as ever, but heavier and he has a few different things I've never done, which is really killing me, but hopefully it will show at the Ironman. I don't know if it's a "win" for him..?

That's a good sign for a better Rusty! Rusty and Lee is a very good training pair! We are expecting to see a new Rusty at the coming Ironman Pro!! ;D

Sounds like a best of all time Rusty will be on that stage. I think this year top 5 qualify for the O, so go for it!
