So, in the meantime.....any suggestions on posing oil? Back in the day I used Nivea lotion.....I recently purchased some muscle sheen for pre-judging? Anyone have a favorite?

Almond oil, Apricot oil,, the difference is unreal. Believe me. Baby oil and Pam spray are for morons, see the difference in my pics. Advice from Rachel McLish herself!!!

5 weeks out from the show today! I can't wait to be out there in Az. I weighed 206lbs today (down from 235lbs). I'm definitely doing the novice and most likely the open - I'll probably end up a light-heavy.

I attended this show on june 28th and was looking around for you guys. I guess i know now why i didnt see you there. Did you go to this Rusty? cuz two or three contestants said they wanted to thank you and one guy said he was one of your training partners which was cool. I also talked with Dennis James and David Henry so that was pretty cool too.

I did!! I was backstage mostly helping my guys/girls. Crom didn't show to that either!!! The guy who thanked me is my boss and we train together fairly regularly after Lee left town. He just competed in the Armed Forces in CA this past weekend. Got 3rd in his class there which was pretty good out of a large class. While there I trained at THE PIT, the gym on the beach in Venice, and also at Golds Venice too, pretty good workout. He's going to do the Venice Beach show in 2 weeks, end of August. Then I have my show in Atlantic City Pro on Sept. 12th, Francy will probably dial me in the last 2 weeks...depends...
