Rusty I'm looking for help on hitting a specific area of the chest. Chest is my weakest Body part even if it looks like I have man boobs. Anyway I had about a two year lay off from the gym and have been back at it for about three months. All of my other body parts have snapped back to the previous condition & in some cases beyond (ie calves & biceps). But my chest in the outer areas top & bottom are not filling in like they were. I realize that at my age ( 54 ) they may not, but whatever I can do to fill them in would be appreciated. So If you can recommend some specific exercises I would appreciate it. Ás a little background I'm 6'tall 220 lbs 34" waist, 48" chest , 161/2" arms 17"calves, 25" quads and as I said 54 yo. Oh, and by the way have you tried the Hamburger recipe I sent you yet? Again Thanks for your help in advance. Tim

I did try it, a little salty, I think I used too much worcestershire!! Good though, I put it on some steaks too..
On the chest, since you've been on a layoff to start light for about a month, and do basics, bench, flyes, dips, cable crossovers, decline bench...light and full range of motion to get your shoulders and chest good and warmed up first, at your age, you're asking for a tear or worse, another layoff if you hit it hard...after a month or so, then only do the basics of pecs, ie bench, flat, incline and decline, and dips. Stay with those for about 4 or 5 months and you should see nothing but progress..after the month or so warm up period for your tendons and ligaments, then drop any cable work and just hit the mass builders hard and heavy. And of course, eat protein after every training session.
