Hey Rusty what herbs or other supplements do you take to keep your body healthy during contest prep or a bulking cycle. Things like milk thistle (sp??) or dandelion extract. Heard a lot of different things but never remembered to ask someone at your level? thanks

The milk thistle I sometimes take, most of the vitamns and minerals a good multi first to cover the bases ane keeping the diet clean is your best bet with lots of green leafies!! You can eat tons of veggies and only get the best benefits before taking supplements. Honestly that's the best you can do. Then add basic supplements, multis..there's no secrets or tricks.
