Hi Rusty,
Do you know if there are certain supplements, vitamins, or any fruits or vegetables that one should eat to help prevent stretch marks?

I've heard that opening Vitamin E oil caps and rubbing it into the skin is supposed to help, but once they're there, it's kind of like a scar. You can make it less noticeable, but it's tearing beneath the skin from gaining/losing weight too quickly for YOUR body that makes them. Some people get them, some don't. As far as food to prevent..I would think that a good diet all the time would keep your skin in better shape, I've never gotten them at all...I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not.
To prevent them, gain steadily and don't try to "bulk up" which is just fattening up. Gain gradually and you shouldn't have any problems. I also use a lot of lotion here in the desert, maybe it's helped...
