Excellent! 245 already? That is awesome. Keep up the good work. Thanks for responding to the thermo. question. I'm psyched about doing a show next summer and I want to plan everything out early. Including pre-contest supps. I don't have a lot of experience with clen.or other precontest cutting agents, so I am interested in how it works for you. Stay focused! I am interested also. Never used anything like the stuff I am using now. Will keep everyone updated.

Thanks Gerry. Trish and my wife got along great. She is very impressed with her physique. Said 11 weeks will be no prob for her to do the Branch show. But, my gosh is it expensive to get started in Figure!!!

Good balance, decent physique!! BE careful with that shoulder especially when getting ready for a show and your fats are low and your reps are higher..on chest and back day...warm up with the rubber cables, the looser ones not the high tension...doing high reps of laterals from the floor and attach at chest level and do laterals from the front of your chest!!! Cant stress that one enough!!

Laterals from the front? Thanks for the advice. I spend half my workout time just warming up the shoulders to get ready for the workout! Comes with age I guess.

Thank you sir. Bumped cardio up to 80 minutes daily this week. Getting ready to cu the red meat from diet, and stick with the fish and turkey.

Michelle and I were just talking about how fast the first 8 weeks have gone. Start thinking bout fact that only have a few more workouts per body part. Got the new diet Monday from Dave, rotating my macronutrients around a bit. Cardio at 90min daily. Weight finally dropped again, 242.5 this morning empty stomach. Just hoping I can come in close to your condition level.
