Okay, i posted lots of pics of my gym on the thread about" not having any good gyms left" check it out..plus a pic of me and Samir at the Ironman 2007!!!!!! Would have had pics of me and Crom, but he was a no show today.....he will pay in the gym for that...

I need to open a gym...the gym we go to is really great, but I worry about it staying open...all the best ones seem to close up because Jack Average can't take it, I definitely miss training with animals...the human kind, not a rotweiller jumping you like one did when a guy was benching 500...funny as hell...definitely miss all the hard core freaks,,,none left!!!

Ben, where were you at Saturdays prejudging workout???!!
For all those who don't know, I have a prejudging at my house every Saturday. For all those who want to look like pros on contest day, we have prejudging in the back yard pretty much every Saturday, I pose the hell out of everyone, work on diets, individual routines, take weekly progress photos, video tape you and we go over it all. I'm going to post some of my people here, and for all of you who I"ve trained, I need pics for the gym and THIS SITE!!!! We had one state level show I had a winner in every weight class!!! I don't judge anymore and don't have anything to do with the outcome, but my guys/girls look so FREAKIN POLISHED on contest day, it's not even a tough decision until they get to the overall. Not patting myself on the back, but a huge COMPLIMENT to those who bust ass posing and know what it takes and understand how important stage presence is at the amateur level. I have a few pics, I'll find those and have Francy post them.

I wished i lived closer, would love to be there for that. I would love to train with you too, sounds like we would work out together well. cant wait to see the pics.
