She teaches ele. art and is very gifted. I am going to have a couple of other things painted when I find exactly what I like.
If rusty has any pics of his place I would love to see them.
I just moved into my new house about 6 months ago, i was training out of a 1 car garage in an apt. I was doing deadlifts in the driveway, needless to say i got some crazy looks, but it was a blast!!!! I wouldn't trade training out of my garage for any gym (well except in July when its 110 in the shade. LOL

Make a list of interesting words that you feel best describes your gym, or attitude toward training. It will come to you! Rusty's logo was a "Conan" type barbarian holding an axe or something. He was big into the whole Conan/barbarian thing. Actually, he is a barbarian! What pictures do you have on the walls? |

I have autograph photos from all the guys that I have had the opportunity to meet. I get to meet a lot of pros when they guest pose at shows that I expedite at. Just to name a few,
Dave Palumbo (several times and my favorite as a person)
Mark Dugdale (the nicest guy in bodybuilding)
Jay cutler (I hung out with him in Austin 6 or 7 weeks before last years O, surprisingly very cool to be around at that point in his diet, he even game me a free copy of One step closer)
Lance Johnson (hopefully he will win masters national and turn pro God knows he deserves it)
Flex Wheeler
Art Atwood
Quincy Taylor
and a few more but those are the main ones. I can honestly say I am blessed to have the opportunity to meet and becomes friends with several big names in the industry.

Very cool! Yorge has a great photo collection he could talk about
as well. Next time I post I will fill you guy's in on the great scene

I'm working on my 8x10 autograph collection in case I ever have a sweet gym like that of my own some day. Man that is nice!
Meeting Dorian Yates in 92 was a defining moment for me. It was the first time I had seen an off-season pro guest pose. It freaked me out how huge he was. I LOVED IT. Mike Mattarrazo, Dennis Newman, and Aaron Baker were some of the nicest guys I've met, at NPC shows and the Olympia, along with Nasser, Labrada, Dillett. Titus seemed like an okay guy...but we all know how that story goes. Right now I'm finishing up my collection of Olympia winner's autographs. I've had to resort to ordering some without meeting the man behind the signature. The only one I can't get is Samir Bannout.

Samir did a guest posing here in Tucson years ago, and Rusty's Mother invited him to dinner at their house! Could you imagine being a teen bodybuilder, and having Mr. Olympia over for dinner
with you and your parents! ;D

Nice gym! Crom, I just got some new stuff today, I made a 175 lb dumbbell...to do pullovers with!!!! A buddy of mine had a slew of 20's so I packed them on a bell...COOL! How the hell do I post photos on here,...I need to do a ton of them from my last show...I don't even know how to do my own site...nice....

It's so packed with equipment it's SICK...I need to get rid of a few pieces because we're tripping over stuff...anyone need a vertical leg press?? An incline bench?? I've got stuff at peoples houses all over town, sad huh? I just need to open a gym, but here in Phoenix, I don't know if older equip. would go over much, everyone wants the newest, latest, greatest..I'll take a pic of it and try to get it on here.
