Big ole boy Bencher. great width to your lats and big quads for a taller guy, can't wait to see whats there after the diet. this should exciting, i will probably make it to the show, i go to almost all of the shows in TX. Let me know if I can help any. good luck.

Good size, and nice lines! Kick the cardio into high gear. Keep the iron heavy, and start working on the separation in those quads and hams. I promise you, Rusty will have a thing or to to say about detail movements! GET SHREDDED!!!! Thick and Deep look and weep!!! You know... all those crazy muscle sayings... ;D

Thanks guys. Yep one week on the diet now. Will have new pics up tonight. Down ten lbs already! Cardio is no fun, doing the Stairmill 40 minutes 4x week. Mbell, I'll take ya up on any help u can supply.

What does your diet look like? I am sure Rusty has some advice that might work better, but I use Dave Palumbos diet, no carbs, all fats and protein. Fats come from natural peanut butter, cashew, almonds, and salmon. It works pretty good for me, I know he is starting to help a lot of the young guys and they all use his diet. I am kinda anxious to see what Rusty thinks about it and what he recommends for you. keep it up, looking forward to the new pics.

Cool, Dave is doing my prep for me. today is last day of first week. Down 10lbs, mostly water Im sure from no carbs.

All right, I was gone for a few days..how many weeks till the show? What's your diet? # of meals, # of protein gms per meal, #carbs per meal? Lay it all out and lets see your progress pics weekly You look good, let's see the diet.

Lay it all out and lets see your progress pics weekly You look good, let's see the diet. I am now 15 weeks out. SHow is July 7th(the Branch show I told yall bout) At moment I am at 300grams a day protein, spread equally over 6 meals. Fats are relatively high, conscisting of mostly omege 3, omega 6, and some fats from the meat I have 2x daily. Carbs at this point are basically non existant(some residual carbs from the almonds, and lettuce I have.) Have worked up to 40 minutes 5x week on the Stairmill( heart rate stays at 130).
