This is the last leg workout we did before Lee left for Australia. Not atypical, pretty normal, but nothing is ever NORMAL...
Usually I put these in the members only area, but I'll share this one with everybody here.
LEGS
10 sets of leg extensions of 22-30 reps supersetted with Leg curls 20-30 reps No less, no more
Walking lunges 60 lb Barbell to end of gym to smith machine 135 X 25 reps 70 lb Barbell to end of gym to smith machine 185 x 25 reps 80 lb Barbell " " 225 x 25 reps 90 lb BB " " 275 x 15 reps 100 lb BB " " 315 x 15 reps 110 lb BB 365 x 15 reps
3 sets of Smith machine squats of 315 X 20 reps
Supersetted with:
Leg Press 6 plates for 30 reps 8 plates, 40 reps 10 plates for 50 reps
Sumo style squats (wide stance, heels in) on the hip press 10 plates for 50 reps
Supersetted with:
Regular leg press of 10 plates for 50 reps
That was it.

Soo 40 sets for ya guys? I usually get 18-22 sets in (including calves) and i cant walk. I couldnt imagine what 40 feels like lol.
