Hey everyone, it's been crazy quiet here, I know I've been a little quiet lately, We started a new business, I started training people at a gym away from the home gym.... and was a little overwhelmed by all the people I was training, and it took up a lot of time away from the site!!
I'm here to answer any training questions, any nutritional info you need, I'm here for you and waiting, Hang out here and let's shoot the nuts about training, competing, anything you want. I'm working on the new workouts right now, and we'll take some pics to go with them.
So what's goin' on with all of YOU???

I am glad to hear that you have started a new business. I think the people you are training are also invited to your forum although they have already have you helping them but sometimes written topics can be refered back. They can also share with us their happiness during your teaching!!
Yeah! It's time to see you training and teaching in the gym! Look forward to seeing more updates.

thats a pretty cool intro statement on this thread. you seem really down to earth. Can't wait til you get your brain back to working from the dieting. Picking your brain will be fun. Thanks for the website.

How long do you take off after a string of shows like you just had? Do you believe in Jays style where you go in the day after the show and get a light pump up workout or do you stay completely away from the gym like Ronnie. Just curious. I believe in the way Jay does it myself. Plus I love training too much to take off 2 or 3 weeks.

Hey M, Ronnie usually takes off 4-6 months after the Olympia! No way I could stay away that long, and then actually get back to it.

only a couple of days, I feel gross unless I get back in there and train I disagree off to get rid of the crap I've been eating. I don't believe it for a second when someone says they take that long off....don't believe anything like that....it's just crap or lies...

Glad you've cleared that up for us coz i was a little confused as to how any bodybuilder could stay away from a gym for so long without feeling the NEED to get back in and train, its like Tom Platz once said "its home" ....just did'nt make sense - much like alot of what Flex Wheeler says, lol.

Take some 5-HTP and some melatonin. Rusty would agree! That's where I got it from. It's part of his night formula.
