Okay, this month I am going to post a pre-contest meal which I normally only post on the members only area. There are several meals on there and tons of workouts...sometimes it's good to let people know what benefit there is to being a member. You get workouts, meals, exclusive photos, etc. This is just another great meal you can eat up to a show and not think you're dieting.
Rustys Masterpiece Omelet
3 parts to this one...
First, take 1 whole cauliflower and cut into small chunks and steam till very very tender..when done, place into cuisinart with sea salt, pepper and a 1/2 tsp of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray. This part alone just tastes so much like fake mashed potatoes its' not funny and this is a side dish all in its own normally. While steaming do the following:
2nd slice into whatever size pieces you like of the following:
1 zucchini
1 yellow squash
1/2 an onion
handful green beans (sliced into 2" strips)
broccoli
Then saute in a pan with Pam spray and a tablsthingy of minced garlic and a bit of sea salt...saute till however doneness you personally like and set aside.
3rd spray an omelette pan with Pam spray and put in 10 to 12 egg whites, or (whatever you need protein wise) that's what I need personally in my nutrition regime.
Move eggs around till they're 1/2 done and flip, then place a handful of the veggies on 1/2 of the eggs, then sthingy some of the fake mashed potatoes on top of those, flip the top of the eggs over to make your omelette, sprinkle with paprika and BAM!!!! THAT'S THE BEST FRICKIN' OMELETTE YOU CAN GET ANYWHERE!!!! I should have taken a picture of it but I've already eaten it...
Now from here, for another meal, you can use the same veggies and toss in some chicken and rice...another good meal!!! Or you can use them all as side dishes....
