Hi All I've read on the internet about 'Medically Pure Oxygen In a Can' being able to increase your performance during training by up to 25%,so i've ordered an 8 litre can to try - as its only £11.99. Has anyone tried this before ? would appreciate any advice or opinions on the subject. (being in the UK i feel we're a good 5/10yrs behind America....in just about everything, especially Bodybuilding!) Thanx

You know, I've always thought on LEG day little oxygen masks should drop out of the ceiling and give you a good recovery, like after a strip set, or heavy squats, a drop set, etc. I woudl think it would come in handy pre-contest so you can train harder and longer....but if it's just for fun, or training slow or light days, I don't think it would help much. Never know, let us in on what you find out!!

Hi again Rusty Thanx for the email about your thoughts on tattoos. As for the oxygen - so far i've tried it during my 'heavy' chest workout day with no noticeable difference, then tried supersetting Tri's with Bi's,with no rest for the entire workout....no difference ! today i'm gonna train back (6 sets WIDE grip chins,6 sets of chins to the back of the neck + another 6 sets of chins, each set = 6reps close grip, then change hands to slightly wider for another 6 reps then very wide for 4/6 reps, then 6 sets of T-Bar followed by shoulders - rear delts then shoulder press. I'll post the results later.

Again no benefit noticed during the back workout. Tried again but this time on a light chest day (resting no longer than 1 min) done 17sets total for chest / giant sets for arms & again did'nt notice anything !!! anyway i've used up the whole can & i'm not gonna waste anymore money on that idea, lol.
