Hi, I'd personally like to see your typical diet for a training day & non training day - what supplements (vitamins etc)you take before a workout/after and of course through the day,times etc - detailed.I've not read evrything on here just yet - working on it,so you may have already done so,i WILL read all there is to read on here - GREAT so far.

This one's not so much on the forum as in your store - your own calender,thats what i'd like to see and buy and i'm sure all the other members + non members would like.
